Downtown Fort Collins, better known by its residents as “Old Town” creates a lively atmosphere of shopping, art, dining and tourism.

Start

The perfect starting point in Old Town is, of course, Old Town Square. The city center sports various sculptures, restaurants and a gorgeous fountain.

Grab a Bite!

After visiting Old Town Square, one might start to get peckish. Old Town Fort Collins offers a variety of dining experiences, from classic College bars to fine-dining cuisine.

Bondi Beach Bar and Yeti Bar & Grill are both located in Old Town Sqaure. Both restaurants offer bar food, as well as plenty of beverages for thousands of thirsty customers.
Stuft Burger Bar is a must-visit for anyone coming to Fort Collins. The restaurant offers creative ways to top a burger, along with milkshakes to die for.
While on the expensive side, Rare Italian does not disappoint. The restaurant’s carefully put-together menu and exquisite cuisine offer customers an authentic Italian dining experience.
For decades, BeauJo’s has served Fort Collins residents authentic Colorado Style Pizza.

Dessert?

Everyone has room for dessert, right? Old Town Fort Collins is filled with dessert spots; your sweet tooth couldn’t be in a better place.

Mary’s Mountain Cookies has kept Fort Collins residents satisfied with giant cookies and creative flavors. Some favorites include Fudge Fantasy, S’mores and Caramel Sea Salt.

Time to Shop

Shopaholics will love taking a trip down College Ave. in Old Town. From knick-knack stores to boutiques, Old Town provides the perfect opportunity to shop local.

Old Firehouse Books is the perfect place for booklovers. They carry all the new releases, along with book-related t-shirts and journals.
Kansas City Kitty keeps Fort Collins residents fresh and stylish with their variety of trendy fashion picks to choose from.
For anyone who loves knick-knacks, The Perennial Garden is the perfect place to shop.

Art

Murals from various artists in Fort Collins line the streets in Old Town. It’s a perfect place to grab some pictures, or simply admire the art.

Buildings

Buildings that are found in the back alleys of Old Town can be considered works of art themselves. Whether vines snake up the sides or are reminiscent of classic European architecture, it’s certainly worth the trip.

Old Town in Fort Collins is the perfect spot to explore, hang out with friends and take pictures. It’s a beloved section and locals flock daily to spend time in the special part of town.
